From our side it looks like the problem could be related with the operating system.

You can try the following troubleshooting steps just to discard a defective hardware
- Test the system out of the chassis, minimal configuration please. (Motherboard, processor, power supply, 1 memory stick)

- Test the motherboard without memory, you should get 3 beeps.
