iv tried and tried to get info on how to get a replacement cpu after mine failed but the helpline shuts at 4pm gmt (when im at work) and the website has been totaly useless asking for numbers that dont exist and when i tried another way (usin the fpo and atpo number) it says they have no record of my cpu!

tried that it just disappears when i fill it in and nothing happens.
iv rang 08706 072439 twice and got a ticket number and the case is open but i still havnt recieved the email with instructions
