You may want to check about the chip organization of the new modules you got compared to the memory configuration information from the technical product specification, page 16, table 3.
Updating the BIOS may also improve memory compatibility.

Hi, I had the same problem with the same MB. The solution for me was updating the bios to the latest available version. Since the windows utility didn't work for me, I had to burn the .bio file to a blank cd, take out the bios reset jumper (while the computer was turned off) and start the computer with the cd inserted. The computer updated the bios, I turned it off, replaced the jumper and started it again. It booted to windows this time without any issues.
