It is important to mention that several issues have been fixed on the new release. Due to this, I recommend you installing the new driver.

Please test this driver and let me know if issue persist.
I have read some feedbacks that the new driver can cause some problems e.g. purple colours...Have no confidence to revert to the old driver if such case arose. But have found out in the Graphics control panel, can save several brightness/gamma...modes which I can choose depending on the room conditions. Satisfied with that. So please treat my request as answered, and thanks a lot for your effort.
