GMA 4500MHD

I am looking into a few Lenovo IdeaCentre A600 All-In-Ones. It comes with Vista Home Premium 64 bit preinstalled. The software that we will run on it requires Windows XP Professional, so I am looking at a clean XP installation on these machines.

The graphics uses Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD (GMA 4500MHD). I looked around the Intel site and I really did not find much about GMA 4500MHD. The chipset used is GM45 Express. Do I need to get anything else besides the GM45 Express driver? Does that include support for the GMA 4500MHD?
