Why can't i update my driver?

Hello everyone/anyone. I've been trying for 3 days to update my Intel HD Graphics using the download available from Intel. It starts to download and starts to implement itself into my laptop but unfortunately stops and tells me "one or more of the programs of this download could not be implemented"(vaguely what it says) and then stops the download and sends me on my merry way. So I am running out of patience and options in equal measure and would ask if anyone has a way to sort this and allow me to update my graphics

My current Driver is 8.15.10.2182 and the recommended update is 15.22.57.64.2827(8.15.10.2827)

 

My Operating System is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit (I think)

 

Also my Chip type is Pentium

 

 

So does anyone have a clue what is going wrong? Or how to fix it?

Could you please provide the dxdiag report from that system?

To generate the report just go to the Start menu, type dxdiag, press enter and then click on save all this information. Then open the file that you have saved and copy paste here all the contents on that file.
