We have an Intel Server board SE7520BD2 that is getting a "Parity Error System Haulted" message on boot. There is one CPU installed which is a Xeon 2.8 GHz/1MB cache. There is only one stick of DDR333 installed on Bank1 DIMM1A - this memory is a Samsung M312L3223EG0-CB3 which is found on Intel's "Memory List Test Report Summary". We've replaced the CPU and memory ... no luck.
Help ... Any thoughts?
Thanks and regards

Hi there,
Update the firmware of the board
Package: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&Inst=Yes&ProductID=1658&DwnldID=9045&strOSs=38&OSFullName=OSIndependent&lang=eng http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&Inst=Yes&ProductID=1658&DwnldID=9045&strOSs=38&OSFullName=OSIndependent&lang=eng
Then Bios: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&Inst=Yes&ProductID=1658&DwnldID=11115&strOSs=38&OSFullName=OSIndependent&lang=eng http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&Inst=Yes&ProductID=1658&DwnldID=11115&strOSs=38&OSFullName=OSIndependent&lang=eng
Try an external graphics card as a test only to see if it makes any difference.
I hope that someone else can give some more light on this one.
All the best,
Regards,
Aryan
