First, there is an audio issue, so, what is the file you are trying to play? And what is the player being used for this?
Second, about the thermal issue, what is the software you are using to detect that?

Have you tried doing BIOS updated? The BIOS version 0109 fixed an issue with the front panel audio.
Yes I update to 0099, 0109 and 0113, and post the solution for boot problem after update to 099
