I replied to a similar previously.
If you are using Windows XP, the best way to install the OS on the RAID mode is to use Nlite. If you have Vista, copy the F6 driver to a USB pen and load it later when asked. (note if you are using 32 bit OS,use the 32 bit driver otherwise use 64 bit)
I have installed Windows XP Nlited version several times. It works fine without any problem.
The BSOD that you have, indicates that the driver was not loaded properly.
So i will advise you to do it again, follow the instructions from the website below.
Connect only the drives that you created the raid, do the OS installation
Once OS is installed, install all the drivers in the following order: chipset, audio, graphics, lan, intel Matrix software etc.
The F6 driver for this board is on the link below:

Website for 64 bits windows: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/T8Clearance.aspx?Type=&agr=Y&ProductID=2933&DwnldID=15251&url=/15251/eng/STOR_all64_f6flpy64_220.127.116.117_PV.zip&PrdMap=&strOSs=44&OSFullName=Windows*XPProfessional&lang=eng
Note: Windows Vista and 7 already have the F6 driver embedded in the OS.
Hope this helps a bit.
when i hav download the sata driver from the address given, i tried this sata driver but still not success and the blue screen error still come out. when i tried to observe my friend model desktop board like me, the sata driver is intel 82801 GM/GH (ICH7). But inside the sata driver download from the address given the sata driver is in ICH7R.... So, how can i get sata driver without 'R' character (i mean ICH7 only). Thank you so much.(^_^)

Apologies I did not check before giving the response. Actually, I thought that the board has RAID support. That's why I told you straight away to install the F6 driver, because usually, the BSOD 0x0000007b is for the RAID driver.
Now that I have checked on the TPS, this board does not do RAID, so this is no RAID driver to install. Actually, there is no driver for the sata drive as long as you have a non-oem Windows XP with SP2 embedded.
As long as the SATA controller is configured as IDE, there is no driver to embed with the Operating System.
Make sure to connect the hard drive on the first sata port.
If you have an optical sata drive, connect it to the last sata port.
Make sure that you have the latest BIOS version as a precaution.
