Audio Driver Back panel not working in Windows Vista

I have DQ35JOE motherboard ( Ver BIOS Version/Date Intel Corp. JOQ3510J.86A.1016.2009.0122.0019, 22-01-2009 ) installed in my system with Realtec Audio Driver ( Ver 6.0.1.5404) and uses Windows Vista Home Premium as the OS. Earlier I had a problem with my Audio driver installation which I solved a few days back, but after that a new problem arose which is still in effect. Back panel of the Audio driver is not working at all. As the jack is being inserted in to the back panel, the Audio manager is displaying the following message,- "You are seeing a blank page because there is no audio devices plugged in the system. To activte GUI, please plug an audio device." Please suggest any solution regrding the issue.
