How to drive the low voltage JTAG port of the Intel Atom processors?

Anyone have any suggestions on how to drive the 50 ohm pullup/pulldown termination load that is usually present on the JTAG signals coming from an XDP connector? The JTAG signals for the Intel Atom processors are low voltage and need to be 0.8 - 1.0V. I can't find any logic families available that can drive enough current to overcome the termination load at that low a voltage. Thanks.
