HDMI Port not working with Windows 8 and after Re-installing Windows7

I had Windows 7 on my Dell N7010 i5 64bit and then installed Windows8. Didn't like Windows8 on my laptop, so I re-installed my Windows 7. When W8 was installed I tried to use my HDMI port and it didn't work, then after re-installing W7 it still does not work. I have installed the drivers right from Dell, with no luck. When I tried the Intel HD graphic drivers they would not install on my system. What is the fix for this? I have spent many hours trying to get this to work. I currently have installed:
