Based on the problem description you are providing, it seems that there might be a corrupted file in the registry of the computer.
Since you mention that the errors appear when trying to use the integrated webcam, I assume that you have a laptop (OEM system).
I recommend you contacting the computer system manufacturer so that you can update the drivers for your system using the software provided by them.

I solved this. I've seen lots of threads on various forums about this error, but never a solution. It's always unresolved.
I managed to fix it though I was a bit surprised at how.
Did you uninstall GoproCineformStudio at some point?
Apparently when you uninstall that program it takes out more than it should and causes this error.
I reinstalled it and no longer get the 'No DLLs were found in the Waterfall Procedure'. It was popping up whenever I tried to use a few of my media players. Stereoscopic photo viewer and stereoscopic movie maker would constantly pop up with this error whenever I tried to use them.
Reinstalling the program put the DLL back where it should be and the issue has cleared up. Try installing or reinstalling GoproCineformStudio and see if the problem goes away.
hi! i wonder if you can help me, i had the same problem as you, i removed goprocineform studio to replace it by goprostudio 2 and since then the error message is appearing. The fact is that i've been trying to reload cineform studio but i cant find it anymore on the net since it's been replaced by goprostudio2. would you have any idea of where i could fine the previous version? or may be send it to me?
thx in advance
