First thing to do is to make sure that you have the latest bios version. If not, update it.
Then follow all the instructions from the website below.
Update the chipset driver.
I'm curious if you've made any progress with this? I've been trying to enable 2.0 on mine as well, its like the option is not there in the BIOS. I also just moved up to the P15 BIOS if it makes a difference. Any luck?
followed every step, all drivers and the bios is updated and there is just no "usb configuration" in the bios... plz help, im losing sleep over this
I'm having the same issue! The PC is XP Pro SP3 and all current patches. I've downloaded & installed all the current drivers from Intel. The only BIOS USB option is enable/disable legacy USB support. What's next to get it to use 2.0? THANKS~
