You can try installing a generic graphics driver we have available in our website. Since this driver is generic we cannot guarantee it will work fine on every OEM system. If the driver does not work properly I recommend reinstalling the latest graphics driver DELL provides in their website. This is the link to the driver http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22375&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%208%2C%2064-bit*&DownloadType=Drivers
If the option does not appear while using our driver then there is a chance DELL disabled that option in the video BIOS of the laptop. I recommend contacting DELL if the issue persists after testing our driver. Thanks a lot for your reply. I tried the generic drivers, but again the only option available under scaling for the 1920x1080 resolution was "maintain display scaling." I'll try contacting Dell as you suggested, but I'm pretty sure that'll turn out to be a fool's errand. Any other thoughts at all?
Thanks again for your help.
