i7 3770k Clock Speed Problems

I am having problems with the speed if my i7 3770k. It currently is running at 800mhz no matter what I set the settings to in the BIOs. I turned off all of the settings that would turn the clock down on the CPU. Also I tried to set the clock speed up to 4.0ghz and 3.8ghz. Neither of those did anything. Also tried to turn up the voltage which had the same result, nothing.

This makes the computer pretty much unusable when you boot. I am currently using another computer to post this as it is so slow and will randomly shut down.

Here are some screen shots of CPU-Z which includes the mother board and GPU I am using.

Any ideas of what I could do would be greatly appreciated as I have been working for awhile now.

Thanks!

You can try to run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool to verify. You can download this tool at:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19792 http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19792

It is also recommended to confirm that the Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology is enabled in BIOS. If necessary, please contact the local support center for additional assistance.
