Here is a bit more detail, see if this helps:
Internally, port 0 is the 32GB mSSD, port 1 hosts an OCZ Agility3 and port 2 has a Seagate 2TB hard disk attached.
Error message when I try to enable SRT is "An unknown error occurred while an operation was in progress. The operation could not be completed."
This is matched by a warning (event ID 32) in the system event log with a source of 'disk', the body of which reads:
"The driver detected that the device \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 has its write cache enabled. Data corruption may occur."
Same problem EXACTLY! Been working on this for weeks! Any solution yet??? Sometimes, when I tell it what drive to accelerate, I get an instant bluescreen error, memory dump and system hang. All this because I disabled the SSD cache drive for a moment to run a speed test on it!!!
For this behavior these are the recommendation we can provide you:
Please check there are not partitions on your SSD. If there is any, you would need to delete the volume or the partition. Do not format the drive.
Install the latest Intel® Rapid Storage Technology version available which is 126.96.36.1996
