I believe that the theoretical data throughtput you get from IDE-R is roughly around 4Mbps (this translates into around 600KB/sec). Because of this, I don't think that you'll get much of a performance benefit even if you are able to get it to negotiate at a 100Mbit full-duplex speed.
Have you run any controlled benchmarks that would indicate otherwise?

Why I want to 100Mbps connection for IDE-R is to launch Windows PE from network. I still don’t know this is specification or not. However, I tried to configure the port of switching-hub to fixed 100Mbps. Then it seems always connect 100Mbps full-duplex.
