Hello,
I have an Acer V3 laptop with Intel Core i3 processor and Intel HD Graphics 4000, running Windows 8 (ugh). I'm not sure how to get a copy of all of my computer information, but when I go to my BIOS settings the option to select my dedicated video ram is grayed out and unselectable at 128 MB. I assume that means I cant change anything, but if anyone has anything different or can confirm my fears, that would be great. Thanks!

Hi Kevin,
In most cases, the computer manufacturer has already configured the system to use the maximum amount of graphics memory that is possible for your particular computer model. Sometimes you can change these values through BIOS level.
Check with your computer manufacturer if there are tips on increasing the amount of graphics memory for your computer model.
