The Intel(R) Core(tm) i7 processor I7- 3615QM leaves the Intel(R) facilities supporting AES-NI; however, please keep in mind OEM/tray processors are often customized by the different system builders for them to adapt it to their system design and support.
From our side, we recommend you confirming with the system manufacturer whether this feature is indeed supported on your computer.
If it is, what you may want to do is check that the processor is being properly recognized and properly working.

1- Update your motherboard BIOS for a proper processor recognition.
