      Hi i have a Lenovo laptop U310

      CPU : Intel Core i3 2367M - with Intel HD 3000 inside,

but when i run tests, and have GPU-z open, i see the gpu only runs max 350Mhz and not 1000Mhz. as intel say it should be able to run.

i use the lasteste drivers from intel =

Intel® Chipset Device Software for Intel® Desktop Boards-9.3.0.1026

      Intel® HD Graphics Driver-Ver9.17.10.2875

      Intel® ME 8 Management Engine Driver-8.1.2.1318

Intel® RAID Rapid Storage Technology Driver-11.7.0.1013

I really hope someone can help me

          Hello,

The frequency that the video controller may be working at, may depend on the power savings features that have been configured and enabled by your computer manufacturer.

Keep in mind that the base frequency of the video controller is 350 MHz and that 1 GHz is the Graphics max dynamic frequency. This means that this is the maximum opportunistic graphics render clock frequency (in MHz) that can be supported using Intel® HD Graphics with Dynamic Frequency feature, this will depend on power headroom of your system, so, not always this can be achieved.
