I'm trying to install the latest version of Intel HD Graphics Driver for my pc.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.9GHz

Memory: 4096MB RAM.

System Model: H55M-USB3.

DirectX Version: DirectX 11.

current Driver Version: 8.15.10.2559.

tried to install from here

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Q45+Express+Chipset http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Q45+Express+Chipset

and i got this error massage:

"this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".

then tried from here

http://www.eightforums.com/graphic-cards/7654-latest-intel-hd-graphics-driver-windows-8-a.html Latest Intel HD Graphics Driver for Windows 8

, which refer to first generation processors (winch i think my is) and it gave again an error massage:

Hello,

You can try uninstalling the driver that is currently installed. That is done through the control panel, under programs and features; locate the Intel® Graphics and media driver (or anything similar) and then uninstall it. After that is done, try to load the driver again or try the instructions posted on this article:

http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm

If the issue persists, you may need to check with Gigabyte for a customized driver provided by them and check if the issue persists with their drivers.

2. Intel(R) Processor Graphics ( dated 3 January 2012).

Hello,

There should be only one installed. I am not sure if this happened due to a failed attempt to install a driver for another type of video controller, or if this operating system was installed using another system (and older one) and then you moved the hard drive to this new system without reinstalling the operating system.

Anyhow, you can remove both and still you will get video on your system to be able to keep using the system and load the correct driver

Hello,

Yes, that is the latest generic driver we provide.

I am glad that you have been able to update the driver in your system.
