Bios errors

I just got a built computer 3 weeks ago. in the last week and a half the system shuts down and a blue screen with white letters comes up saying computer shut down to protect itself. when I restart computer and send microsoft the error message it says: the bios doesn't match...you need to update your bios. I have an Intel duo core 2 cpu e-7400 @ 2.8 GHz...Intel EM64T capable. Bios version PRG3110H.86A.0052.208.0612.1910. When I ran a free scan from device driver, it said the drivers for my system needed updating. Under system it said:

Intel82801PCI bridge 2444E needed updating

(4) Intel 82801G (ICH7 family) PCI Express Root Port 27D0 needed updating

(2) Intel G33/G31/P35 express chips Root Port 29C1 needed updating

Where can I find this stuff to update and is it related to the BIOS update microsoft is referring to and how do I do it?

Thank you Chrystal
