Intel HD Graphics 3000 driver issue

I am having some issues with driver version of the Intel HD Graphics 3000 driver for Windows 7 / Vista.

I tried to install both 64bit and 32bit of the .exe's but with my current driver it says its not validated for this computer, please obtain appropriate driver from computer manufacturer.

When I go to Device Manager>Display Adapters>Intel HD Graphics Family>Uninstall Driver it will then say after uninstall "Computer does not meet minimum requirements of this software".  Also for some reason which IDK, my PC automatically updates the old April 2011 driver from my manufacturer's website.
