We have tested the latest generic driver for this video controller, driver version 18.104.22.16869 (22.214.171.12469) and its previous version 126.96.36.1995 (188.8.131.525); and no similar issues have been seen. You can try any of these versions posted at:
If the problem continues, we suggest that you check with other Internet browser or video media player, update the codecs in your system and test using the driver provided by your laptop manufacturer and check with them directly if the issue persists.
