I understand your frustration. However, can you elaborate a little. I mean is your CPU heating? what exactly do you mean by boot loop? What are your complete system configurations & details?
Everything is solvable, so don't worry. One thing is that Intel honor their Warranty.

Thanks for your reply. No, my cpu is not heating and it stays below the 70 degree Celsius every time it starts. Boot loop means that the computer will freeze/restart infinitely every morning or after a power cut.
My cpu and MOBO is just about 30 days old and the problem started from day one.
