intel HD 4000 and external display drop in FPS

Hello everybody,

Very annoying issue, i have intel HD4000 as my only card, i have noticed that whenever i connect a external display (HD ready TV) to my laptop and extend it the frame rate when watching movies in any player is lower then on my laptop screen. I was waiting for the latest drivers to fix this problem but it's not fixed!! also whenever i for example surf the internet on once screen and watch a movie on the other there is a serious fps drop as well, this is amazing that this issue is happening in a card that was made in 2012! anyone might know the problem??? it's not codec issue! as it runs perfectly on my laptop, also no problem with the TV as it worked perfectly on my last laptop.

Sorry for not answering your question earlier!

I've looked at your OEM's support site and I suggest the following;

* Try using their display drivers for your model as opposed to ours. Ours are generic drivers and may not work with your OEM systems configuration.

* Under the 'general information' section of the driver/software download support site for your model, there is a "win 7 64 hotfix". There are no details what that means, but it may be something you will want since it's specifically for your system. Contact your OEM if you want to get more details on it.

* I do not see a section for updating your BIOS on this website (there usually is though for other Lenovo* models). Contact your OEM and see if they can provide you a BIOS update if the first two options fail.
