Yes! If you are in a domain environment and one of the users, this message means that your user account has been locked due to any of the various reasons, incorrect password being supplied to log in or multiple log in attempts being primary. In this case, please consult your domain admin (one who manages active directory) and ask him/her to unlock your account. The reason for account lockout will be logged in the AD just in case you or your admin wants to find out.
