We have proceeded testing the Intel® Turbo Boost Monitor on systems we have available which are also Ivy Bridge and no issues were found; therefore, this seems to be more an isolated issue.
We recommend you making sure you have the latest BIOS of your system for a proper processor recognition and, proceed to install it. If having loaded the latest processor’s micro code does not solve your issue, please proceed contacting your system builder for assistance.
