Hey, so I have the following
Crucial m4 SSD
And, when Windows does a restart, the SSD works perfectly. When I do a cold shut down, then boot, it says Intel Boot Agent cannot find boot file. Now I can only sometimes boot (1 out of 10 times). I have the latest bios on the motherboard and the latest firmware on the SSD. The motherboard is set to AHCI, and it recognizes it, but It can't always boot. I cant tell if it is a motherboard issue or an SSD issue. I just did a fresh install of windows 7 as well.
Change your boot order in the BIOS. Move the IBA entry down in priority from your SSD.
