Firmware updates for BIOS and AMT are supplied by the OEM's themselves. It is fairly common for the OEM’s to have some kind of update tool that runs in Windows and performs these updates. The typical usage model would be to deploy such updates through whatever automated software deployment model you use. It's possible to use AMT functionality in the process, for instance, to power on your systems at night to run the update. Does this answer your question?
