Thank you for your post Alex.
Note that Intel does not support the installation of wireless adapters in OEM systems. More info is available at http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-011644.htm.
Also there are many reasons that an adapter might fail completely or partially when installed in an OEM system. Take a look at http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-031167.htm.
Your adapter is not installed correctly or is not supported by your OEM system. You need to contact your OEM for assistance with this issue.
Thanks for the answer, dear Nathalie.
I live in Russia in the city of Belgorod. The device I bought in a large networked computer shop. They have not been on the site warning that the device is compatible with certain laptops. I handed it to the service center of the store. They re-checked it on my laptop. And check on their equipment. An error has remained the same. They sent the device to the head office in Moscow for further testing. And as promised in the near future, or replace, or refund.
Sincerely, Alex Obernikhin.
