We don't have reports from other customers regarding this issue. Our recommendation is testing with a different USB hard drive or device since this could be a compatibility issue with the drive itself.
Please delete this thread, it is an accidental double-up on my part. This issue is already being discussed in another thread of mine.
It's hard to keep track of one's own threads in this forum, a different icon for threads that one has posted in or started, or even 'started by' name under the thread title would be a huge help
