Intel HD4000 and external display scaling

Hi.

I have NB with hd 4000 and nvidia gt650 ... nad i have problem with external display (LG l245wp)

problem exactly like old problem here .

this monitor was connected to my PC during last 5 years and i have not such problem...

on intel card

1) image is cropped and off-centered

2) most Menu on LG is disabled (i even cant change color space)

http://www.voetsjoeba.com/misc/edid/ Cropped, off-center display at native 1900x1200 resolution on LG245WP and/or LG246WP monitors with recent NVIDIA drivers

Also i forget about second problem

when i connect NB to TV - the image is over-scaled by default
