    uninstall widi

I have problems with connecting to an external monitor. It seems to be the widi that causes the problem. I just want to be able to use my cable and connect to a external monitor so i do not need widi. How can i get rid of it??

          Thank you for your post.

To uninstall the Intel® WiDi utility see the steps below:

          1. Click on start, then on control panel
          2. On the top-right select category view.
          3. Click on “uninstall a program”
          4. Select the Intel® Wireless Display software and click to uninstall

You may need to reboot once it is done

          I hope this helps.
