Just i3 is not meaningful. You should specify your CPU model.

I removed the driver of intel graphics card and then installed the previous version and now game start but after 2-3 sec it closes.

And then i again install the newer version means that came with laptop.

Still same problem.

The first you should do: update the driver to a current one. Currently it is 8.15.10.2761.

Forum software is a pain, don't know why this link redirect to the forum instead my download link. Go to downloadcenter and download the exe version of the 8.15.10.2761 driver.

ok...i downloaded it.

but it's version is 15.26.12.64.2761 not you are talking about 8.15.10.2761.

And ya you are right whenever i click on the link it redirects to this forum.

But i copied the url and then put it into browser.

And i successfully downloaded it.

But i am getting an error.

Your OEM system doesn't allow generic drivers it seems. Find out your Hardware ID of your GPU and tell me. You maybe need a customized inf and probably then you have either to uninstall your graphics driver or install the generic driver with customized inf via the disc install method.

In system manager on Intel HD graphics right click, properties, details, Hardware-ID.
