The screen shot refers to DirectX, you may want to update Microsoft DirectX version from Microsoft site, also check the list of tested games for your graphics controller.
Try updating to the latest graphics drivers here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20842&ProdId=3231&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers
Very very thanks for your reply.
I checked on the list of games supported on my graphics card, but there is no name of Battlefield 3.
And thanks for the driver of latest graphic, but i have dell laptop and i just check an update through my laptop but there is no any update.
But still i am downloading it.
Actually I am using 2G net and speed is only 10-15KBPS.
So very slow net.
So please give me right solution.
And i think that there is no any update for my laptop driver.
Because i also went in official site of dell. But there is no any latest driver.
I removed the driver of intel graphics card and then installed the previous version and now new error comes.
And then i again install the newer version means that came with laptop.
Still same problem.
some time in fault module name :-igd10umd32.dll and some times also ntdll.dll
but i already have these two dll in my sysWOW64 and also in system32.
now tell me what should i do??
I can't find a driver version in this thread.
please post a screenshot from Intel HD Graphic Setting\Info Center !
i think your Laptop reserved only 64MB/128MB Shared Memory.
what you want to ask???
yes you have only 64MB reserved vram. for Battlefield 3 you need minimum 512mb vram.
show in your Motherboard Bios, if you can change the (iGFX) Shared Memory to 512mb or better 1024mb.
Otherwise you need to update your motherboard bios, or ask the Manyfactory support.
Sorry to ask how can i give you Motherboard bios.
I do not know.
