Just a tip: if you want to say me that i5-2310 is not VT-d compatible, you're right. But I also have an i5-2400 and it's not working better...

If your board not have exact 'Enable VT-d' option in BIOS, it not have VT-d support with 99% probability. Also, look at official support list Desktop Boards — Compatibility with Intel� Virtualization Technology (Intel� VT) , BLH6710H may refer to one of the following Intel desktop boards: DH67BL, DH67CF, DH67CL, DH67GD, and DH67VR; all of them not listed there as VT-d capable.
