    Intel's support for trusted platform modules

      whats the deal with Intel's lack of support for TPM? Am i the only person who find this cause for concern?

          Yes, its weird, but I think that this is because of hard cryptography regulatory in many countries, and US export restrictions. After some embroilment about Intel partners attempts of bribery in customs to pass TPM-equipped units to third world countries, and sanctions to some PC vendors for indirect selling new Intel-based computers to Cuba, Intel likely decide to stop TPM revolution on itself products.
