Hi all,
I'd like to know what the cheapest Intel CPU with vPro functionailty is, that fits on mainboards with intel Q56/Q67?
Background: we've received some offers for some hundred new School-PCs, almost all of them with Intel Core i3 2120 CPU and Q65 or Q67 chipset. So, the chipsets seems to support vPro, but dependant on the CPU and since we need vPro functionality, the offered i3 won't fit, right!?
As you may imagine, total cost is a very important criterion, so I need to find out, what would be the cheapest solution with vPro?
Any hints?
Thanks in advance and best regards,
cibomato

Based on the information on the compatible processors for these chipsets, we would recommend you the Intel® Core™ i7-2600 Processor and the Core i5-2500, i5-2400S and the i5-2400 Processors. Please bear in mind that the Core i3 units are designed for a lower level on performance. Therefore, this technology will not be supported.
Please find below a link with the information on Intel® Desktop Processors supporting Intel® vPro™ Technology:
