INTEL HD 3000 GRAPHICS PROBLEMS

I would like to install drivers from Intel, but It always returns "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".

I have tried to install the Windows7/Windows Vista 64x drivers. I've tried compatibility mode while running as administrator as well.Same when i download driver from DELL website.

Could someone please tell me how to install these drivers? Thank you.

Hello,

As per the specifications you provided, your system features switchable graphics which requires and uses a special driver to enable such feature. That driver is only provided by your computer manufacturer who implements that feature in your system.

Therefore, the generic drivers posted on our site, will not work and should not be used in your system.

I suggest you to contact DELL for further troubleshooting assistance on installing the drivers they provide for that system.

It explains about switchable graphics and why you should not use generic drivers.

I have the same issue, Dell says "we don't know why it's not working". And they don't want to help. Same problem was on Win7,Win8,Win8.1

Operating System Windows 10, 64-bit*

Is there any possible ways to solve my problem or I should throw this laptop into the window? Please help. Thank you.

To Undefined1, let me apologize for any inconvenience, but in this case Dell wil be the one that might be able to help you in getting the drivers for your laptop.

 

 

On the following link you should be able to download the drivers for it, if that still does not work, then, the best thing to do, will be to get in contact directly with Dell again.
