1) Teaming intel MT server adapter (2 NIC ) in a windows 2008 (static link aggregation) failes on cisco side, it shows suspended

Any ideas ?

2) What is the difference between Static link aggregation and Adaptive load balancing

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Link_aggregation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Link_aggregation has the different types. If the server and the switch don't match, you can get a failure.

Can you set LACP on both sides?
