Can you list the OEM/Model/Firmware Version of your AMT client?
I will take a look a look around and see if there is any other reported issues similar to yours.
The laptops are an HP EliteBook 8460p with the AMT version 7.1.3-build 1053
Hi there, have you tried to send "F8" to the client using the VNC+ menu?

That is indeed pretty much the exact same issue.
However as of today, I'm not sure what changed but I am now able to use the keyboard remotely through VNC. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it happens again...
