65 nm versus 45 nm Lithography

I currently have a DXP061 Motherboard from Dell running the latest Firmware 2.5.3 and happily running an Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6300 (2M Cache, 1.86 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB). I would like to upgrade to an Intel® Pentium® Processor E6700 (2M Cache, 3.20 GHz, 1066 FSB). Both CPU’s are Sockets Supported LGA775, FSB speeds are the same however the only difference I can see is that the existing CPU has a Lithography of 65 nm whereas the CPU I want to purchase has a Lithography of 45 nm. Will this CPU work with my existing Motherboard?
