Try a recovery bios update. Perhaps you had a bad update.
If the latest bios is causing the issue, try a recovery bios update with a previously released version.
Good luck and regards
I can't recover to another bios because i cant get into the recover mode.
if i switch the jumpers from the BIOS CFG pins to any position, nothing happens
I'm not familiar with your board, but on my intel boards, you remove the jumper to get into recovery bios update mode so you can flash the bios from a usb device. After you update the bios, you reinstall the jumper.
Check out this video.
Download your motherboard tech documents from the Intel support page for your board so you know where the recovery jumper is located.
but i know where the jumper is located and i removed it, but it doesnt take effect.
still black screen, still no text
i know that video too and i tried that method this afternoon
i prepared the flash drive with the .BIO file and bootet without the jumper and waited 30 minutes.
Are you doing the recovery bios update just like the guy in the video?
Check the tech documents for a board diagram so you know you're pulling the correct jumper.
Ok to be clear, maybe we missed each other.
I tried the standard things (plug out battery etc)
i tried failue boot mode
i, indeed, plugged off the tiny little yellow jumper to enter config mode and (as the guy in the video) i prepared a flash drive with the BIO file on bootet up in recover mode and waited 30 minutes just to be sure.
then i joined this board and left a thread called Black Screen Issue.
I'm not sure you are doing it correctly.
If you are doing it exactly like the guy in the video and your board doesn't respond, then your board is probably toast.
Check out pages 52 thru 54 and 61 thru 64 in the pdf document on the link below:
Are you getting any BIOS error codes or BIOS error messages? See pages 65 & 66.
Try removing the CMOS battery for a while to reset the board; then try a recovery BIOS update per the video.
try remove 1 memory board !!!!
what memory has ?
after no function....
try recovery bios in write cd-r file *.bio , before, insert cd-r with *.bio , power-off PC, remove jumper and power on pc and wait recovery
read *.pdf and say recovery bios pc no function boot pen driver
i guess i'll try the cd-r method instead of the usb flash drive and we will see what happens.
i tell you the results on monday afternoon.
thanks to all
this problems maybe.... no reset bios default factory before upgrade bios
I would suggest trying the recovery BIOS update again with a reformated usb flash and a different download of the BIOS file.
What error codes or messages are you seeing?
Check your memory from a bootable disk. Set you BIOS configuration to default condition.
