What is the Atom, E640T, -45 to 85degC 1GHz thermo resistance

Hello,

We are using the E640T, -45 to 85degC, 1GHz processor and I need the junction to case thermo reistance. Can any one help????

The TJunction for this processor is 110 degrees Celsius, as showing at:
