Here are our recommendations for this issue:
1. Remove the LAN driver from programs and features.
2. Update your motherboard BIOS. The latest working BIOS version can be downloaded from the following web site:

4. If possible, test with a different modem or router to narrow the issue properly.
I had already the newest BIOS. And I use the latest drivers. Maybe I can try to reconnect cable to another port on the switch, but there are couple more computers working fine.
