Why i can't rotate my screen or a other screen with mobil intel 965 express family ?

i have Window 7, inspiron 1525, mobile intel 965 express family ,dual cpu t2390, 32 bit. i download all the last driver for my mobile but i was not happens to rotate with my screen. i have another monitor that i plug in my mobile and i can not rotate even with another program . how should i do ?

Hi,

I recommend you testing the latest Intel graphics drivers for your Laptop; it is different than Dell's driver:

If it does not work then I recommend you checking with the manufacturer if this feature has been disabled for your Laptop, this happens most of the cases related with this issue.:
