I understand that when you exit the BIOS, your system does not reboot automatically.
In regards to the problem that you are experiencing, we don't have any reports of this being a BIOS problem. I recommend you to try the following troubleshooting steps.
Test the system on a basic configuration, remove any non essential components. You don't need hard drive, optical drive, or optical drive connected. Remove the RAM memory leaving only one on the channel A dimm 0 and also remove any USB device that is not required. You only need to have connected the 2 power cables, the processor with its Heat Sink the video card and the keyboard.
