I'm having the exact same problem it seems. For the life of me, I can't figure it out. Did you fix it? Anyone else know what's wrong?
I returned the board to Intel and they fixed it and returned back to me. No problem any more. I noticed that they might have changed the battery. That may be a low quality battery had been used. We may have been in the same bulk. What you do is to phone Intel and asked them give a RMA number and mailed it back. It is really annoying to waste several days to figure out the trouble. I am experienced engineer and have not made low level mistake.
